I consider myself both a numbers guru and a creative-minded strategist. As a Lead Account Manager at Yahoo, I know how to leverage creativity and numbers. I was promoted into my current role after an impressive 10 months of employment where I am now responsible for $8M in company revenue per year. While I am a strategic Account Manager, I am also a welcoming and personable presence in any meeting. I have established a reputation for working across multiple departments to research and gather analytics that allow for targeted marketing and pitches. My processes and knack for streamlining has led to many initiatives being institutionalized by my employers.

My specialties are in analysis and performance. I track promotion and media activities to identify opportunities and growth. This can be seen in one of my proudest projects to date. I helped a historically difficult account that was hemorrhaging and money and time. I led the mission to build them new systems from scripted- shared documents, reporting templates, planning templates, and questionnaires that help quantify the work that was needed to be done. Within 6 months of working on the account they went from making no money to over $1M a year. My team was able to execute campaigns flawlessly for this national entertainment brand that profits from my analysis and strategic planning today.

Since 2016, I spend my time outside the office ‘leaning in’ as a Mentor with the University of Southern California. I help to guide and foster the passion of young female professionals on topics ranging from career coaching to salary negotiation. Beyond mentorship, I have followed in my family’s footsteps assisting homeless students in need of tutoring with the Schools on Wheels project. I feel strongly about empowering our youth through education as it is a great equalizer.

My friends may think I am a bit of a health nut as an avid runner and Yogi. I have completed the LA Marathon and can be seen participating in various 5Ks around Southern California. When I am not volunteering or staying in shape, I am Mikey the Cat’s Human and is responsible for full-time spoiling within the home.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Communication and have been awarded multiple times at Yahoo, INC. for building revenue, producing sales, and delivering top-performance.
